Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr, paid weekly. Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Services Site Lead to oversee daily operations within a professional office environment. This role is responsible for managing front office support services including reception, hospitality, mail handling, copy, and scanning operations while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day site functionality.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and capable of working independently while supporting a small office services operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a small office services site of up to two employees.
• Provide professional reception and front desk support.
• Maintain hospitality areas including kitchen cleanliness and supply stocking.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Perform copy, print, and scanning support services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support customer service requests and resolve routine office service issues.
• Assist with training and guidance for site support staff as needed.

• Comfortable with walking, standing, and occasional lifting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in office services, mailroom, hospitality, reception, or related support roles.
• Previous experience leading, training, or mentoring employees preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities, and meet operational goals.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and equipment.
• Ability to remain current on workplace technology and industry trends.
