Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description Zeno Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our Pasadena office as a full-time sales agent. This position combines the security of a dependable hourly base with commission opportunities designed to reward production. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, understands how to identify insurance needs and is comfortable turning those conversations into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has insurance sales experience and understands that long-term success comes from a combination of production, customer relationships and consistent follow-through. This is an in-office position for someone who wants to sell and grow-not a remote or primarily account-management position.
