Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Connell Company is seeking an innovative, people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment initiatives for our hospitality concept Table & Banter Hospitality across culinary, service, operations, and support teams. This position will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent who align with our culture, operational standards, and service philosophy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, operationally agile, and passionate about creating an elevated candidate experience while helping move the business forward through efficient recruiting practices and strong partnership with leadership teams. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality, culinary, operations, and support positions Create, post, and manage job post through Paylocity's recruitment tools Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers Support community and workforce-driven talent sourcing initiatives through candidate engagement, relationship-building, recruitment outreach, and collaborative candidate selection processes Maintain recruiting documentation, applicant tracking systems, and candidate communications in alignment with organizational standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining elevated standards of professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and hospitality-focused engagement throughout the recruitment process Lead pre-employment processes, assist with onboarding and new hire preparation Support recruitment job fairs and hiring events Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all recruiting activities Perform additional operational, administrative, and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned in support of the HR department, organizational initiatives, and overall business success What We're Looking For: 3–5 years of foundational experience in hospitality talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or talent sourcing Experience with Paylocity, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting platforms required Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including strong verbal and written communication skills, required Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity and multiple hiring priorities within fast-paced hospitality and restaurant environments while meeting time-sensitive staffing deadlines and operational workforce needs Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or luxury service industry experience strongly required Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Passion for hospitality, culture-building, and operational excellence Why The Connell Company: 100% paid medical and dental coverage Robust paid time off offering and paid holidays Employer paid gym membership to boutique gym Meal discounts and other entertainment perks Growth within a dynamic and evolving hospitality and wellness-focused company The Connell Company is redefining the modern workplace experience through innovation, community, hospitality, wellness, and thoughtfully designed spaces.
