Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit

Schedule: Nights - 12HR: 7P-7A 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other week At least 1 holiday per contract

Contract Duration: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active NY RN license
• NIH, AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• 2 years recent acute PCU and med surg/tele experience
• 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non-U.S. candidates

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with progressive health issues.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions to implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
• Participate in charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
• Be flexible to float to other units as required.

Compliance / Notes:

Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Must be willing to work charge. Will train if needed.
