We're seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join a growing team and help deliver exceptional customer service during the claims process. • Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing support
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy
• Enter and update claim information within company systems
• Assist with documentation, records management, and administrative support
• Coordinate and distribute mail, schedule meetings, and support office operations
• Work closely with claims professionals to ensure timely and accurate customer service
• Help customers navigate the claims process and connect them with the right resources

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with computers and office applications
• Dependable, professional, and eager to grow within an organization
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
