Senior Estimator – $200K+ – ESOP | New York
\n \nI’m partnering with one of the fastest-growing employee-owned general contractors in New York , recognized for delivering complex, high-profile infrastructure and heavy civil projects across the Tri-State region.
\n \nThey are seeking a driven Senior Estimator to support continued growth across the Northeast market. This is a high-impact role offering strong mentorship, clear career progression, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding ESOP contractor that promotes from within.

\nCompensation: $200K+ base (DOE) + ESOP + strong benefits package
