Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Maryland Music Therapy License is required
• Expertise in music therapy, with experience in educational settings preferred
• Background in general education and ability to collaborate across academic disciplines
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work onsite within school environments
• A commitment to supporting students’ growth and well-being

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering music therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support educational objectives
• Designing and implementing therapeutic and instructional strategies for diverse learners
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective learning plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Participating in team meetings and professional development throughout the school year
