Payroll Operations Manager

Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, is seeking a full-time, 12-month exempt Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for the college community. This position reports to the Director of Business Services and oversees payroll processing, deductions, and compliance with state and federal requirements.
