Senior Property Accountant Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + 10% Bonus About the Opportunity A well-established real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join its growing team. The organization owns and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties across multiple states. This role will support accounting operations across multiple entities, with a focus on financial reporting, month-end close, and consolidations. Why This Role Stands Out National real estate platform with a diverse property portfolio Exposure to multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting Direct interaction with leadership and accounting management Opportunity to grow within a stable, well-structured organization Collaborative, team-oriented environment Core Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities and partnerships Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Assist with budgeting and financial performance tracking Complete monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting Review expenses for accuracy and alignment with budgets Support annual audit processes and prepare supporting documentation Maintain accounting procedures and ensure adherence to internal controls Assist with process improvements and system enhancements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1.5–3 years of accounting experience (Staff or Property Accountant preferred) Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and core accounting principles Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Yardi preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-entity environments Exposure to consolidations and financial statement preparation Work Environment & Benefits Onsite, team-driven environment Competitive compensation with bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer match PTO and paid holidays Strong focus on employee growth and development Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for an early-career accountant who wants to grow within real estate accounting and gain exposure to multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and full-cycle accounting in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
