Senior Accountant

Our client is seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountants to join their dynamic finance team. These positions will support the monthly close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, cash activity, and other general accounting functions. Candidates with experience in real estate, property management, construction, hospitality, multi-entity accounting, or other fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules Complete bank and general ledger reconciliations Review account activity and research discrepancies Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments Assist with cash management, wires, and ACH transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual schedules Support year-end audits and provide supporting documentation Analyze financial information and assist with variance explanations Work with other departments to resolve accounting issues Assist with process improvements and special projects Perform other accounting duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred At least 2 years of general accounting experience Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation Strong reconciliation and account analysis skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with accounting or ERP software. Yardi, MRI, Dynamics, RealPage a plus Real estate or property management accounting experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with 3rd party administration a plus.
