Senior Staff Accountant

Main Duties / Responsibilities Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations across fixed assets, capital projects, and financial reporting. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure data integrity. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reporting Analyze and reconcile subledger to general ledger, identifying and explaining variances Support fixed assets accounting and capital project tracking Assist with AR billing processes and related reconciliations Prepare and maintain detailed schedules and supporting documentation Leverage Excel to analyze and transform financial data into actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of accounting experience Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and GL analysis Exposure to fixed assets and capital projects accounting Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
