We are looking for a Project Coordinator to bring greater organization, follow-through, and consistency to project work in Orlando, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who excels at managing details, aligning stakeholders, and creating clear standards that support timely, high-quality proposals, deliverables, and final reports. The right candidate will help strengthen team accountability, improve workflows, and provide structure across multiple active projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of project submissions, proposal materials, and final reporting packages to keep timelines, expectations, and quality standards on track.

• Collect, sort, and maintain information from cross-functional contributors to support the accurate preparation of proposals and project documentation.

• Monitor milestones, pending tasks, and key deliverables across several project leads, ensuring follow-up items are visible and progressing.

• Create and refine standard operating procedures and practical documentation standards to promote a more consistent approach to project execution.

• Evaluate spreadsheet-based tracking methods and suggest more effective workflow practices, tools, and organizational improvements.

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support that helps maintain momentum, clarify ownership, and reinforce accountability.

• Review documents for completeness, formatting consistency, and overall presentation quality before final distribution.

• Support stronger status visibility for leadership by organizing updates on project progress, responsibilities, and upcoming deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Strong ability to improve processes and develop structured documentation such as SOPs or workflow guidelines.
• Advanced Excel and data organization skills, with the ability to manage and present information clearly.
• Experience assembling information from multiple stakeholders into organized, usable project documents.
• Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail in proofreading, formatting, and document review.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent follow-up with project managers and team members.
• Exposure to project management best practices or coordination tools, even in environments that rely heavily on spreadsheets.
