Job Description

Do you have the experience to join us as a Sales Manager at Ancira Volkswagen SA? If you are experienced in the Automotive industry, you already know our credentials. Ancira VW is a successful, high performance dealership that believes in earning customers for life with every interaction we have and opportunity we are given.

Expected Compensation Range: $120,000 - $180,000 Annually

Work Schedule: M-F 8:30-6 or 12-9. Saturday 9-7

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals, compliant with Dealer and VW expectations


• Drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction/KPIs


• Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices


• Collaborate closely with Finance, Internet, and Business Development teams


• Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to manage performance and strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of automotive sales management experience


• Automotive Leadership/Management experience and proven track-record required


• Finance and Business Development/Internet experience a plus.


• Demonstrated longevity and stability with prior employers


• Strong working knowledge of CDK, V-Auto, and VinSolutions (required)


• Finance and Business Development/Internet experience a plus


• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Favorable Driving, Criminal, and Credit History required
