Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Maryland Bar membership Significant labor and employment law experience Strong litigation and counseling background Excellent writing, advocacy, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Interest in leadership and practice development Portable business is welcome but not required.
