About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing to lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide procurement and sourcing strategy. This inaugural role is pivotal in building and maturing a procurement function that aligns with the organization's growth, financial stewardship, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing procurement standards, optimizing spending, and implementing governance structures that support the diverse and geographically dispersed portfolio. Key responsibilities include strategic oversight of sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement technology, with a focus on balancing enterprise standardization with local operational needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in transforming or scaling procurement functions within complex, decentralized organizations. They must possess strong business acumen, change leadership skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment. The role requires a leader who can foster collaborative partnerships and is willing to be highly visible and engaged across the organization, including regular travel to various locations. The SVP will work closely with executive leadership and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, spend optimization, and to implement data-driven decision-making capabilities that support the organization's continued growth.
