About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Operations to play a pivotal role in the organization's national scaling while maintaining the quality, culture, and humanity of its care. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure, which includes overseeing people operations, clinical operations, licensing and compliance, credentialing, patient acquisition, and payer operations. This is a senior leadership position that demands a strategic and proactive approach to ensure the company's operational capabilities align with its growth and expansion plans. The SVP of Operations will be a key partner to the CEO and other leaders, anticipating the company's needs and translating its strategy into operational execution. Applicants for the SVP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong background in scaling complex operational organizations, preferably in a high-growth startup or similar environment. The role requires an individual with exceptional people leadership skills, a track record of developing managers and leaders, and the ability to build and evolve organizational structures as the company grows. Experience in healthcare operations, particularly in multi-state clinical settings, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and have a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals with serious mental health conditions.
