Fintech Data Integration Analyst

At RealINSIGHT, we build powerful software tools that support the commercial real estate finance and asset management industry. We're looking for a Fintech Data Integration Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality data solutions in a client-focused environment. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to build, maintain, and enhance data integrations that drive our technology forward.

• Design, map, and implement data integration processes using RealINSIGHT tools and client specifications.
• Perform data transformations and validations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manipulate and analyze complex datasets using Excel and SQL.
• Organize and transform data into clear, comprehensible formats.
• Maintain and monitor data quality across client implementations.
• Automate data transfer processes where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet deliverable timelines and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams on the design and testing of new data loading and mapping features.

• Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with large, dynamic data sets and advanced functions.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative team mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial real estate, structured finance, loan servicing systems, or accounting systems is preferred

• 2-3 years of experience working with financial or structured data.
• 2-3 years of experience with SQL/database structures.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
