Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, both in virtual settings and through community outreach, providing individual, group, and family therapy aimed at addressing various psychological conditions.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment protocols.

• Administer comprehensive assessments, develop and implement integrated care plans, and facilitate access to additional supportive services as needed.

• Monitor and document client progress, tailored treatment interventions, and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring safety and effective communication during critical situations.

• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continually improve therapeutic skills and expand knowledge on emerging mental health trends.

• Contribute to quality improvement projects and committee initiatives, focusing on enhancing service delivery and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with underserved populations who face significant mental health challenges. This includes individuals suffering from major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and various emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
