Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testing—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—in accordance with established guidelines.
• Review test results for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Document all procedures meticulously, guide new staff or trainees, and contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and secure workplace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health discipline, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Certification from ASCP or AMT Board of Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) attained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment tenure.
