As our business continues to grow, we need an enthusiastic Sales Ambassador to join our Porsche Salt Lake City team. We are looking for experienced individuals who understand the long-term relationships built with customers of the high-end luxury brand Porsche, and who will actively contribute to our positive, collaborative company culture. We seek a professional with exceptional product knowledge, previous Porsche or high-line luxury experience, and a strong desire to elevate the team around them.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The Sales Ambassador serves as the organization's representative in all activities connected to the sales of new and used vehicles. The Sales Ambassador will ensure an unparalleled client experience that consistently Exceeds Expectations, while creating long-lasting relationships, championing our company culture, and driving sales targets.

• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Engage all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction through rigorous follow-up.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above the national benchmark, consistently achieving the highest tier of client feedback.
• Execute the dealership sales process seamlessly to meet or exceed established profitability and operational guidelines.
• Proactively prospect for new business through calls, video, approved digital outreach, and referrals.
• Champion a positive, supportive, and team-oriented company culture.
• Execute all CRM tasks and follow-ups promptly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Consistently deliver an "Exceeding Expectations" experience to every guest, every time.

• Operate CRM databases, DMS systems, and Microsoft Office proficiently.

Education & Certifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience with a high-line luxury brand.
• Porsche sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently while continuously expanding product knowledge.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Hold a current State of Utah sales license or have the ability to obtain one as required by the state.
