We are seeking compassionate, professional Care Professionals who take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized support to older adults in the communities we serve. Many of our clients are private-pay individuals and families who value quality, consistency, and trusted relationships with their caregivers.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who views caregiving as a profession and finds fulfillment in helping others maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life.

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement

• Assist with activities of daily living based on individual needs

• Support clients with meal preparation and light household tasks

• Assist with mobility, safety, and fall prevention

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Observe and communicate changes in condition to the care team

• Respect client preferences, routines, privacy, and dignity at all times

• Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability

• Dedicated to providing care with patience, dignity, and excellence

• Professional caregiving experience preferred

• CNA or HHA certification welcomed but not required

• Experience with dementia care, hospice care, or senior support is a plus

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work legally in the United States
