Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Badge Verification in Bellevue, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and access-control needs, and provide exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.15 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, parking areas, receiving locations, and the surrounding perimeter. Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
