Chief Operating Officer (COO) Our client is seeking a high-impact Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO and take full ownership of day-to-day operations for a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare services organization. This role is for a true operator not a "strategy-only" executive. If you like building systems, scaling teams, and driving results, this seat is for you. Location: Clifton, NJ (On-Site) Salary: $300,000 - $400,000 base + performance upside Responsibilities Run company operations like a pro HR, recruiting, finance, IT, compliance, facilities, and program delivery Build scalable processes across every department Implement KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems company-wide Lead senior leadership and department heads Standardize workflow across multiple locations Oversee budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting Improve speed, quality, and efficiency across the business Drive execution on strategic initiatives and company growth plans Be the CEO's right hand for operations execution Qualifications Senior operations leadership experience (healthcare, behavioral health, social services, or multi-location orgs strongly preferred) Proven track record managing large teams and complex operations Strong business acumen + financial literacy Process-driven and execution-oriented Confident leader who holds people accountable Experience scaling organizations Comfortable with growth, change, and pressure Clear communicator with strong executive presence Perks Executive compensation High-visibility leadership role Influence over major company decisions Growing, mission-driven organization Career-defining opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
