Sr. Global Marketing Manager - Enteric & HAI

This senior marketing role leads global strategy and execution for enteric and healthcare-associated infection diagnostics within Advanced Diagnostics. The position reports to the Global MDx Marketing Director and collaborates with regional and cross-functional teams to develop market positioning, drive portfolio adoption, and deliver campaigns across priority geographies.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve global marketing strategy for Enteric and HAI portfolio informed by market trends and customer needs
- Own portfolio planning and execution including strategic priorities, annual plans, launch readiness, and commercialization support
- Develop differentiated value propositions and messaging articulating clinical, operational, and economic value
- Lead development of marketing tools including campaign assets, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy and positioning decisions
Requirements
- Creative and strategic marketing professional with strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and product strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional relationship building capability
- Leadership presence and ability to work independently in matrixed environments
- Experience translating market insights into actionable strategic plans
- Organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
