Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Branch Sales Managerfor their Financial Services Branch Department. The right candidate will lead the Loan Officers in meeting or exceeding branch/company objectives.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoach Loan Officers on sales techniques and focus on increasing levels of businessReview the PTC reportReview and monitor the Production Summary reportReview the Lock Expiration reports along with the Overage/Concessions reportDay-to-day problem solving with Loan OfficersTrain Loan OfficersSpend time in building sales officesTrack application capture rateLead weekly Loan Officer meetingAttend weekly meeting with the builderTrack closing capture rateRecruitingReview customer surveys with Loan OfficersAttend Realtor functionsReview performance of the Loan OfficersSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervises two or more Loan Officers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QualificationsEducation and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.
