FFI Contracting Services is a highly rated, well-established remodeling contractor. We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Assistant Estimator to join our amazing team! This position is best-suited for someone who is organized and remains calm under pressure, bringing their best to the job EVERY DAY!

Our PC/AE will be the go-to doer for the following:

• Coordinate project and subcontractor schedules; organize project material and equipment.
• Assist with design and material selection.
• Liaise with clients and field team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives as needed.
• Assist Sr. Estimator as needed; prepare estimates for smaller projects, with the opportunity to advance into an estimator or project manager position in the future.
• Ensure clients' needs are met as the project evolves, to include concierge levels of communication and service between FFI and client.
• Complete successful project final review and close-out.

• Ability to accurately prioritize multiple tasks and project details
• Effective, accurate and professional communication
• A positive and supportive attitude
• Self-starter, adaptable, able to work on own with minimal supervision.

This position requires competency in all Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of BuilderTrend or the ability to quickly learn web-based project management software (training provided) and navigate mobile apps. Chief Architect knowledge a huge PLUS!

Salary commensurate with experience. Previous construction project coordination or management experience preferred.
