Preferred qualifications 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. Exceptional comfort with ambiguity; ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and elevate effectively when needed. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly across cross-functional teams. Strong project or program management mindset with experience building or improving operational processes. Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑timezone calendars and coordinating team events or budgets. About the job As an Administrative Business Partner, you are at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps the team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of managers and team members, helping them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest Google products and services, strategically supporting your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. The Subscriptions and Customer Growth Marketing (SCG) team is at the forefront of Google's efforts to deepen user engagement and increase customer value across our global product ecosystem, with a mission to help consumers unlock the full value of Google. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between users and the immense value within Google’s core apps and subscription services, mastering data‑driven insights to optimize every stage of the customer journey, from initial acquisition through expansion. Our work is centered around three pillars: gaining a comprehensive understanding of users' needs and behaviors, creating innovative experiences that deepen engagement within core services, and building unified paths that bring users more value while increasing their trust and loyalty to Google. US: $96,000 - $138,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits. Key responsibilities Perform a high volume of core administrative tasks (complex calendar management, travel booking, expense tracking, and facilities coordination) with minimal oversight. Build efficiency into day‑to‑day operations for senior leaders, identifying bottlenecks in their schedules and suggesting practical scheduling adjustments. Plan and manage logistics for business‑critical moments (such as staff meetings, Town Halls, and team offsites/onsites), ensuring seamless execution of technology, catering, and tracking action items. Help plan internal team‑building initiatives to keep the SCG team connected, engaged, and supported. Manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality, applying solid judgment and a strong understanding of Google policies.
