About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join their team. The CCO will be responsible for leading and scaling the sales, business development, and customer success initiatives to drive new business and nurture partner relationships. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, as the CCO will work closely with the Executive Team and Board of Directors to develop and execute commercial and business development strategies. The successful candidate will be tasked with determining and achieving revenue, sales, and earnings objectives, as well as creating and implementing effective go-to-market strategies. The CCO will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the company's technology platform and AI system to position solutions to meet customer-specific needs. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a proven track record as a sales leader, with experience in building and managing high-performing commercial organizations. International leadership experience and a strong background in the healthcare technology space, particularly in medical imaging, are essential. The role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a consultative sales approach, capable of engaging with multiple stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and CMIOs. The CCO will be expected to have a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to maintain executive presence while fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment within the sales function.
