MUST HAVE:

1) BS Degre

2) CHANGE MANAGEMENT

3) 10+ year Progressive Experience

4) Must have confidence to implement new policies/procedures as they feel they are behind basd on current size

5) Professional Services Industry Required OR Large Non-Profits
