Cannula Mechanical Technician

Becton Dickinson seeks a Cannula Mechanical Technician for third shift manufacturing operations in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves equipment setup, changeover, maintenance, and operator development to ensure production quality and safety standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment changeovers and setup to production specifications
- Maintain equipment in good repair and conduct preventive maintenance
- Generate accurate maintenance records and required documentation
- Lead continuous improvement, safety, and process improvement initiatives
- Train and develop equipment operators and provide on-floor coverage
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical skills, education, or relevant background
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Hand tool and gauge knowledge
- Leadership and teamwork capabilities
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Associates degree in mechanical field preferred
