In this role youwill work closely with the Directors of Operations to help manage and increase theeffectiveness and efficiency of each operations service (Flex-Ride, and Via Paratransitservices), and the Denver call center through improvement to each function as well ascoordination and communication between support and business functions. This positionwill have direct reports.Starting pay range for the role is $80,000-$100,000Schedule: Monday- Friday 4:00AM – 12:00PMQualifications:Minimum of a High School Diploma/GEDBachelors’ Degree preferredMinimum of 3 years’ experience (within past 5 years) managing all aspects of Paratransit or Transportation servicesMinimum 3 years of supervisory experienceExperience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, persons with low income and/or limited mobilityKnowledge of the function, organization, and methods of operations of transit agencies and the basic laws and regulations underlying transit operationsExcellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management styleStrong written and oral communication skillsGood decision making and problem-solving skillsMust be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.Keywords: Transit manager, transportation manager, transport manager, operations supervisor, businessdevelopmentCompetitive BenefitsPaid Training!
