Job Description:

Full-time - Monday - Friday (7:00am - 6:00pm)

\n

***hours vary based on facility needs, may include weekends

\n

\n

• Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.
\n
• Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.
\n
• Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
\n
• Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
\n
• Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
\n
• Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.
\n

\n

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\n • Knowledge of best practices and skills associated with professional nursing [Required]
\n • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills [Required]
\n • Provides quality coaching and mentoring support [Required]
\n • Ability to function well with a diverse community and employee population [Required]
\n • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suites products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) [Required]
\n • Strong organizational skills [Required]
\n • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills [Required]
\n • Change management and/or Process improvement [Required]

Education:
\n • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study:
\n • in Nursing/related field or Business Administration

Work Experience: \n

\n
• \n

  5+ as a staff nurse in an acute care setting

\n
• \n

  Education experience PREFERRED

\n

\n

Licenses and Certifications:
\n • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
\n • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

$72,942.00 - $135,683.00\n
