Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:

* 1+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including case management and trial preparation.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines, organize case files, and handle high-pressure environments with accuracy and professionalism.
* Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize competing demands.
* Availability to work extended hours during trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed

Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
