Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and circumstances of each client. Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Collaborate within a team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to deliver holistic client care and achieve optimal outcomes. Document clinical records accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain updated on the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base includes individuals experiencing a variety of issues, from emotional distress and relationship challenges to concerns related to trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings. Strong knowledge of legal requirements and ethical practices in counseling. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients. Proven track record of working successfully as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant applications for managing client data. Preferred Experience Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse will be highly regarded. Prior experience in a community health setting is a plus. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
