Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a growing litigation team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and discovery Coordinate document production and case-related materials Conduct legal and factual research as needed Assist with trial preparation and other litigation support tasks Ensure deadlines and court filing requirements are met Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience preferred Defense litigation experience strongly preferred Experience with insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, construction defect, or civil litigation is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems What We're Looking For Stable work history Strong attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to take ownership of assignments and work with minimal supervision Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
