Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lending Paralegal to join its St. Petersburg, FL office. This role offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days (three days in-office, two days remote). The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice , with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and confidently oversee the full life cycle of lending deals. Responsibilities Draft and review commercial loan documents, including construction, refinance, and asset-based loans Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, review deliveries, and troubleshoot issues Summarize complex sales contracts and leases Manage transactions from engagement through post-closing Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties Qualifications Current or recent law firm experience representing lenders preferred Florida Registered Paralegal or fully qualified for certification preferred Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to adapt to new technology and maintain a professional demeanor Details Full-time, hybrid role based in St. Petersburg after 90 days (2 days WFH/week) Competitive compensation in the $70K+ range , base on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
