Foreman - Pre-Engineered Metal Building Erection

Youngblood Excavating & Contracting is looking to hire an experienced pre-engineered metal building crew Foreman. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individual to manage steel building crew. This is a full time position that offers competitive wages and the option for full benefits after 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing crew of 4-6 people
- Assist with scheduling of materials & equipment needed for the job
- Working at height to erect and connecting steel components
- Completing all paperwork in timely manner
- Experience with blueprint reading
- Rig and run tag lines
- Abide to all safety protocols
- Must be able to install sheet metal, wall panels, standing seam roofing, trim, gutter systems and insulation.
- Experience with necessary equipment: Lull, man lift, scissor lift, etc.
- Operate heavy equipment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions & extreme temperatures
Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Experience with steel structure erection
- Not afraid of heights
- Good coordination skills Basic Metal Assembly
- Basic knowledge of Lifts and Telebooms
- Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Can stay calm under pressure and still make good decisions
- Ability to work long hours determined by the scope of work
- Ability to read plans would be a bonus
Experience:
- Rigging & boom lift operation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
