Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (In-Person)

Independent Contractor (1099) Opportunity

Compensation: Equivalent of $15.00–$18.00 per active hour while participating in approved Sales Den activities, plus monthly performance incentives.

What You'll Do

• Respond to warm inbound patient inquiries.
• Build rapport and understand each patient's goals.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financing.
• Schedule consultations and assist with appointment deposits.
• Follow up with prospective patients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Dental experience is  not required .

Compensation & Incentives

Contractors are eligible for multiple performance-based incentive programs.

Monthly Performance Incentives

• 11 Bookings – $150
• 12 Bookings – $250
• 13 Bookings – $400
• 14 Bookings – $600
• 15 Bookings – $850
• 16 Bookings – $1,100
• 17 Bookings – $1,300
• 18+ Bookings – $1,500

Additional incentive opportunities may include quarterly excellence awards, annual retention incentives, performance contests, and contractor appreciation events.

Performance Benchmarks

Contractors who consistently demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and strong patient outcomes may receive increased access to premium lead opportunities.

Lead allocation may vary based on demonstrated performance and engagement.

Typical Participation

Many contractors choose to participate approximately 30–35 hours per week to maximize lead opportunities and earnings. Contractors determine their own availability and level of participation.
