Job Description: Human Resources Business Partner I Location HomeGoods Distribution Center 2900 Ellsworth Bailey Rd Lordstown, OH Job Description: Responsibilities: Responsible for the identification and delivery of HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives Partner with functional leaders and leadership teams to ensure the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic growth and performance goals Enable continuous improvement and change Provide high level coaching and counsel to leaders Influence and support the business function’s Talent Agenda Guide the acquisition, staffing, development and retention of TJX associates Execute on talent strategies in alignment with business needs Drive and ensure talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion within assigned functions Collaborate in the management of compensation, and benefits programs and support a high level of employee engagement through the maintenance of a healthy work environment Advocate use of performance management and feedback mechanisms to insure frequent, candid communication with Associates Support the TJX Inclusion and Diversity Framework Skills/Knowledge: 2-4 years’ experience in an HR function preferably in a Generalist capacity. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
