Fort Lauderdale, FL | On-site (5 days in office) Manage and grow an assigned book of client accounts as the primary relationship manager. Deliver exceptional service, strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities to expand assets, and generate referrals. Strong knowledge of managed investment accounts (AUM) and annuity products is essential. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary relationship manager with timely, personalized, proactive service Drive retention through trusted relationships and high satisfaction with investment and annuity solutions Identify client needs and recommend suitable options (asset consolidation, additional retirement accounts, insurance products) aligned with their best interests and long-term goals Educate clients clearly on investment management, annuities, income planning, and risk management Generate referrals via networking and relationship nurturing Conduct proactive outreach to uncover life events or financial changes Support client review meetings focused on holistic planning Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and referral pipelines Coordinate internally to deliver a seamless client experience Participate in workshops, webinars, and client events Ensure full regulatory compliance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field 5+ years of client-service experience in wealth management, insurance, or financial services Series 6, 63, 65, and/or 7 licenses plus Life & Health Insurance license Strong knowledge of managed accounts, portfolios, and annuities (including fixed index and immediate) Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and client-friendly Excellent communication and relationship-management skills (in-person, video, phone) Highly organized with strong follow-through CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and experience with custodial/insurance platforms preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
