Title: Product Development Coordinator
\nLocation: Manhattan, NY
\nDuration: 3 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension
\nShift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
\n \nNote: Those Candidates who can work on W2 basis without any sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
\n \nJob description:
\n- \n
- Individual contributor responsible for coordinating the development of prototype products. Monitors overall development process for product line. \n
- Acts as point person on development details with vendor partners. Creates and updates seasonal composite sheets and classification charts. \n
- Coordinates work flow of weekly updates to ensure composites are used as a timely communication tool with vendors, production, technical and merchandising. \n
- Tracks development to assure execution is within timeframes. Communicates design development details. \n
- Typically reports to Product Development Manager. \n
- Typically no direct reports. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience. 3-5 years product design/development experience. \n
Note: Candidates with experience in Product Development (Casual Sleepwear) or Product & Fragrance Development (Beauty Industry) are encouraged to apply! Opportunities available in Manhattan, NY for candidates with relevant experience in product coordination, sample management, vendor communication, and development support.
