Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Paraprofessional Certification required
- CPI Blue Card certification is mandatory
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in educational or behavioral support settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in alignment with school programs and individualized plans
- Monitor, document, and report progress on student behavior goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to ensure consistency and continuity of care
- Participate in crisis intervention and safety protocols as needed
- Assist with classroom activities and provide positive reinforcement to support student growth
- Maintain organized records in accordance with district policies and confidentiality guidelines
