Qualifications:
- Current RBT or Paraprofessional Certification required
- CPI Training Certification (Blue Card) required
- Valid CPR Card required
- Experience working in educational or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for empowering children and supporting academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions and individualized support to students, following established treatment plans and teacher direction
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote positive behaviors and inclusive learning environments
- Accurately document encounters, progress, and behavioral data in accordance with school policies
- Respond promptly and professionally to behavioral challenges using crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Foster an encouraging and safe space for all students, ensuring dignity and respect
