El reparador de muebles de NFM es responsable de arreglar, retocar y restaurar todos los productos de mobiliario. Generalmente trabajamos con reparaciones complejas para garantizar que el producto tenga un aspecto de primera calidad y esté en condiciones de venta para nuestros clientes.
Funciones laborales: Un día en la vida
- Inspeccionar: Examinar el producto en busca de defectos, determinar la complejidad del problema
- Reparar: Capacidad para retirar e instalar revestimientos, acolchados, cinchas y muelles, así como para realizar cortes de cristal.
- Operar: Utilizar varias herramientas eléctricas para ayudar en las reparaciones, incluida una máquina de coser para arreglar adornos, trenzas y botones ornamentales.
- Finalizar: Combinar los colores de tintes y pinturas con una variedad de acabados
- Realizar: Completar reparaciones de muebles a domicilio; tomar decisiones sobre cómo proceder y negociar mientras se encuentre en los hogares de los clientes y, a menudo, ser responsable del manejo de la camioneta de reparaciones.
- Precisión: Realizar un seguimiento, mantener el inventario y documentar el movimiento de mercancías.
- Seguridad: Mantener la limpieza. Mantener todos los productos químicos peligrosos correctamente etiquetados y almacenados de acuerdo con las normas gubernamentales

Cualificaciones: ¿Puede marcar estas casillas?
- Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o G.E.D. (Desarrollo Educativo General)
- Certificado de escuela técnica o comercial en reparación de muebles (Preferido)
- 3-5 años de experiencia en reparación de muebles
- 1-2 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente
- 1-2 años de experiencia en muebles, pisos y/o electrodomésticos y productos electrónicos
- Se requiere una licencia de conducir válida y un historial de conducción satisfactorio para el personal que conduce una camioneta de servicio
- Capacidad para levantar/empujar/tirar de los pesos requeridos, se requiere pantalla trasera
- Capacidad para trabajar de noche, los fines de semana y/o temprano en la mañana según las necesidades de la empresa
- La evaluación previa al empleo incluye, entre otras, pruebas de detección de drogas y verificación de antecedentes penales
