You'll play an important role in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with SOL's mission and values.What You'll DoLead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesManage payroll accounting, bank and credit card reconciliations, benefits, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, leases, accruals, and intercompany activityOversee expense management, invoice approvals, procurement, and paymentsPrepare monthly financials and support P&L and Board reportingSupport tax filings, audits, and year-end reporting and budgetingPartner with Finance and Operations leaders across SOL's markets to improve processes and support growthCollaborate with external vendors and outsourced partnersProvide Finance leadership support as neededMaintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulationsContribute to a collaborative, proactive, and positive team cultureWhat You'll BringStrong accounting and financial operations experienceExperience with month-end close and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with systems such as Sage Intacct, Paylocity, SAP Concur, or similar platformsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) & Health Savings Accounts (HSA)Paid Time Off & 10 Paid Holidays401(k) with employer matchShort & long-term disabilityLife insuranceProfessional liability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Compensation | The estimated base salary for this role is $90,000–$100,000 annually, with additional bonus potential.This position is hybrid - being mostly remote but with the ability to go into the corporate office in Cherry Creek occasionally.Diversity, Equity & InclusionAt SOL Mental Health, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to fulfilling our mission.
