As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Head Chef, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with full benefits and opportunities for professional development within the hospitality industry. Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety. Develop and maintain seasonal menus. Train new kitchen staff and promote teamwork. Ensure timely and quality presentation of food dishes. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist in creating budget plans and managing kitchen expenses. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant culinary role. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Passion for culinary arts and commitment to quality.
