As a Security Officer Financial Institution in Denver, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies; assist with directions and access-related inquiries as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities using required reporting tools and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
