While you will be responsible for maintaining a client's therapeutic needs from home, you will also have access to our outpatient office for occasional in-person sessions and team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments, accurately evaluating diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans that align with the needs of clients. \n Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote personal growth and healing. \n Document each session comprehensively, including updates on treatment plans and case notes, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. \n Offer exceptional customer service to clients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment that invites open communication and collaboration. \n Leverage creativity in therapeutic interventions, utilizing innovative methods to help clients meet and exceed their treatment goals. \n Work closely with case managers, family members, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring a multi-faceted approach to treatment. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing issues related to mental health, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. This role is particularly suited for those who appreciate a rich and varied client demographic, allowing for deeper engagement with families and individuals during their times of need. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. \n Demonstrated knowledge of family therapy services and community resources, with a strong understanding of fee collection processes. \n Proven ability to create detailed documentation, including treatment plans and clinical case notes, following established guidelines. \n Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families to provide comprehensive mental health services. \n Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members. \n Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients while fostering a supportive therapy environment. \n Willingness to pass a background check as part of the hiring process. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting, providing therapy across different modalities. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy virtually. \n Skills in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
