Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients. \n Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, needs, and goals, facilitating informed treatment planning. \n Engage clients in various therapeutic modalities (including individual, group, and family therapy) while adapting strategies to match different therapeutic situations. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments in accordance with organizational policies. \n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurse practitioners and social workers, to coordinate care plans and address client needs holistically. \n Stay up-to-date with developments in mental health through continuing education and by participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Our patients come from various backgrounds, requiring sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of how these factors impact mental health. Qualifications\n \n Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n Current and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California. \n Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing direct therapeutic services in a medical or mental health setting. \n Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and committed to upholding confidentiality in all aspects of patient care. \n Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills with a focus on evidence-based treatment modalities. \n Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage scheduling and complete documentation in a timely manner. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in community health settings or with populations that face social and economic barriers to accessing care. \n Knowledge in specific therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). \n Fluency in a second language is a plus and may enhance service delivery to our diverse patient population. \n Compensation and Benefits\n The position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes: \n \n Medical, dental, and vision insurance. \n 401K retirement plan with company matching contributions. \n Paid parental leave and generous PTO accrual to promote work-life balance. \n Access to professional development training in specialized therapeutic approaches, enhancing your skills and career progression. \n Career Growth Opportunities\n At Access Healthcare, we believe in the continuous development of our staff.
