Project Manager ( Jira Systems Administrator)

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the enterprise Jira platform.
- Own the overall health, performance, and availability of the Jira environment.
- Manage global configurations, permission schemes, workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, notifications, and automation rules.
- Establish and enforce Jira governance, standards, and best practices across the organization.
- Partner with Agile teams, PMOs, and business stakeholders to support Agile delivery and portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and portfolio-level metrics.
- Support project onboarding and ensure consistent Jira configuration across teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian Jira in an enterprise environment.
- Experience implementing Jira governance and enterprise standards.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience building Jira dashboards, filters, reports, and portfolio-level reporting.
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud or Data Center.(Preferred)
